All dogs requesting home boarding must complete a trial night to assess suitability.

No dogs are crated (unless this is requested by family). Your doggy will live as part of the family during their stay.
The property is a 3-storey house with dogs having access to the whole home and garden. Each room has a safety gate fitted, comfy dog bedding and bedrooms are allocated based on the individual needs of the dog.

Terms & Conditions
*Please email/ message to confirm dates and availability.
1 Overnight (Basic) Trial must be completed prior to being offered a confirmed Home Boarding place.
This is charged at the basic rate of £25.00 weekdays and £30.00 at weekends.
Bitches in heat will not be boarded.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated (proof will be required).
We strongly recommend dogs have the kennel cough vaccine but this is not mandatory.
Payment
Once availability is confirmed a deposit of 25% is required to secure any booking.
Payment instalment plans are available for long stays by agreement with the owner.
Full payment is required 29 days prior to the booking.
Failure to settle the account by the agreed time frame will result in the booking being cancelled and any money paid returned (with a £30 administrative fee applied)
Cancellations
Cancellations made up to 29 days before the agreed start date (for any reason) will be funded any money paid (with a £30 administrative fee applied prior to any refund)
From 15 days to 28 days before the agreed start date a 50% refund will be issued. (with a £30 administrative fee applied prior to any refund)
From 14 days to 0 days before the agreed start date no refund will be given.
* Bank holidays are subject to a 50% surcharge
*The following dates are charged at 100% Surcharge: December 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 30th, 31st. Jan 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
